    AT THE MARKET - As the Chinese yuan strengthens against the dollar, there is tremendous upward pressure on wholesale prices of many products made in China. Rug importers are feeling the pinch and they say that it looks like prices will have to be passed along to retailers. Just when that will happen is not clear.
