09042019 Zollanvari to Show at Rug Show New York and Maison & Objet Paris

Zollanvari releases the new Marmo Pettianato Opale Nero 2 as it readies for overlapping presentations this week in New York at the Rug Show and in Paris at Maison et Objet.

NEW YORK & PARIS -- For the thirteenth consecutive year, Zollanvari International returns with great anticipation to Maison & Objet now in its new format for the third edition, and simultaneously, at The Rug Show New York for the fifth year running.

In New York, from Sept. 7- Sept. 10 at the Jacob K. Javits Center, The Rug Show is timed to precede the area rug industry's most important fall and holiday selling seasons. Visitors to the Zollanvari USA stand will be able to view highlights of the new designs concurrently presented in Paris, as well as new Gabbehs from the Squares Revisited collection, alongside Kyoto and Graffiti - lines popular with North American customers.

Flowers in a Lava Field is one of several premiering designs in the new Volcanic collection from Zollanvari's Gabbehs Landscape range.

Zollanvari International's modernist stand (B192) at Maison & Objet, running Sept. 6 - Sept. 10, is located in Hall 7 'Forever' in a prime position, and is larger than its stand last year to allow for presentation more of new designs.  In another location, two of the company's new Zigorat stools from the Home Décor Collection have been selected for the special presentation, 'What's New Living' curated by François Bernard (Croisements Agency) in Hall 2.

Expanded designs in new colorways will be on view, including Chimera (Gabbehs meet Rothko'esque minimalism), Kyoto (Japanese Meisen kimonos meet traditional Gabbeh style) and Graffiti (archaic Gabbeh motifs with a twist in cool pastel and zany vibrant colors).
