ATLANTA -- At the 2019 Atlanta and Las Vegas summer markets, Kalaty Rug Corp. is introducing new designs to its best-selling hand-knotted collections, adding fresh collections to its popular-priced K-Two line and introducing summer shoppers to its latest hand-knotted Infinity range.

"We're nearly halfway through 2019, and we are already experiencing an excellent year at Kalaty," said Ramin Kalaty, president. "No doubt, the strong economy is a contributing factor to successful sales in the high-end hand-knotted category. Yet, we are also seeing excellent sales in our more popular-priced K-Two rugs. If the economy continues in this direction, by year end, Kalaty will have had one of its best years."

Among Kalaty's summer introductions are heirloom-quality rugs in new abstract patterns featuring intricate carving and/or unique textural effects, as well as modern takes on traditional motifs, chic easy-to-live-with transitional styles, and casual tonal loop-and-pile weaves.

"At summer markets, as with all markets, we anticipate seeing both new and existing customers, dealers and designers at our Atlanta and Las Vegas showrooms," said Kamran Kalaty, a company spokesperson. "Our interactions with market customers are an essential aspect of what we do. The reactions of dealers and designers who attend these important shows continue to help us as we assess current and future rug collections -- their input is critical to how we develop our various marketing directions."
