08052019 Las Vegas Market People & Parties, Exclusive Showroom Tour - Part 1
By Lisa Vincenti and Carol Tisch

LAS VEGAS -- Despite soaring summer temperatures, retail buyers, designers and celebrities from all walks turned out at the summer 2019 edition of Las Vegas Market to check out the latest area rug introductions.

From big names on the brick and mortar side, such as the Fine Rug Gallery at Macys, which had all its regional buyers walk the show, HOM Furniture, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Rooms to Go; to boutique retailers including Rugs as Art (Sarasota, Florida) and Outrageous Rugs (Del Mar, California); to the buyers from online outlets like Grandin Road/Frontgate, Overstock and Rugs Direct; to the scores and scores of interior designers, all of whom made participating in the summer edition of the semi-annual show a must, Las Vegas Market's summer edition provided a steady stream of business.
