The company reports that most users expressed a desire for improvements to the shopping experience on the site, with customers specifically asking for easier ways to browse and find products. In response, the enhancements add several new ways to quickly find products and also streamlines the browsing experience.
Customers can now shop the Area Rug, Broadloom, and Home Accents categories as well as Licensed "Brands" and "What's New" right off of the homepage. With a more intuitive search function, Nourison now provides the ability to filter all products by size, shape, color and style within the products tab.
The new website has been developed to appear and function the same whether viewed on mobile phones and tablets or on the desktop. The company says the goal was a better user experience regardless of the size of the screen being used.
Not only can users view Nourison's product line, they can also access other divisions of the company from the navigation bar at the top left of the homepage, including Hospitality, Nico Home, Aerosea, Color Couture, Hagaman, Redi-Weave.
Other updates include the ability to access the company's 2017 collection catalog anywhere on the site, and the addition to the Dealer Locator function of retailers carrying the Fifth to Infinity program.
