HOME DYNAMIX ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH FASHION ICON NICOLE MILLER

Fashion designer Nicole Miller and Yuval Evar of Home Dynamix pose in front of selections from her debut collection at the rug and home textile company's New York showroom.

NEW YORK -- Home Dynamix has announced the Fall, 2017 retail debut of five rug collections in partnership with renowned fashion designer Nicole Miller, with more introductions to come at the September New York Home Fashions Market.

"We always keep an eye on what's trending in fashion and strive to bring that high-end style into our everyday home collections. Who better to do that with than the quintessential fashion icon Nicole Miller," said Yuval Evar, executive vice president, Home Dynamix. "This is the latest in the line of licensing agreements that we have entered this year, as we continue to cement our position as a top distributor of home textiles."

Set to hit retail floors this fall, rugs from the new Artisan collection by Nicole Miller for Home Dynamix are machine-made of space-dyed viscose.

"Good design isn't just for your wardrobe: your home is an extension of your personal style," added Nicole Miller. "I wanted to be able to give my customers the chance to bring that idea into their home decor using my signature prints, colors and design techniques in a new way. Home Dynamix has been a great partner in designing my home textile line. They've really done a wonderful job translating my dream of a home décor line into collections that are both stylish and functional."

Evar said the inaugural collections are the first in a long-term agreement which will include additional home textile pieces produced by the family-owned and operated Home Dynamix, a manufacturer and distributor of rugs, mats, bedding, bath and pet products.

"This is Nicole Miller's first foray into rugs, and they are beyond gorgeous," Donna Arbietman, vice president of marketing, Home Dynamix, told Rug News.com. "There are five collections, with 32 different designs, all machine made. In developing the line it was very important to Nicole Miller and to Home Dynamix that her rugs were affordable and accessible to many people."

Arbietman said one of the five collections was previewed to key retailers at the spring 2017 New York Home Fashions Market. "We did some sneak peeks in March, and interest was so great we have been actively showing and selling. The five different lines are now ready, and will hit stores in the fall, both in store and online," she continued. "There is really wide appeal, because of the timeless design elements that work with any decorating style. The distressed vintage look in the initial collections can go with classic décor or modern décor. They reflect her style in fashion -- very feminine, very attractive to people of all ages," Arbietman explained.

Celebrated for her couture precision and timeless glamour, Nicole Miller infuses the new rug line with her design philosophy and feminine color palettes. Utilizing Home Dynamix's special techniques like space-dyeing and heathered yarns, the urban designs take inspiration from Miller's latest runway looks.

Based on Nicole Miller's spring collections, Parlin rugs for Home Dynamix bring a bold update to traditionally feminine colors.

Nicole Miller's debut collections for Home Dynamix will feature the following area rug lines:

Artisan - True to Nicole Miller's flair for the exquisite and the unique, the Artisan collection for Home Dynamix is made from a silky viscose that is space-dyed with rich jewel tones, covering each rug with hundreds of multi-colored hues.

Kenmare - Nicole Miller designed the Kenmare collection for Home Dynamix with the hip woman in mind. Crisp and cool blues and purples are brought to life with delicately woven yarns that shimmer under the light and also feature an embossed-like look for both texture and aesthetic appeal.

Parlin - Taking inspiration from Nicole Miller's spring collections, the Parlin rugs for Home Dynamix bring a bolder update to traditionally feminine color palettes with deep hues and defined lines to give each area rug unique intricate details on a plush polypropylene top.

Heavenly - Constructed with an ultra-soft microfiber, the solid shag rugs of the Heavenly collection speak to the comfort and style of Nicole Miller's clothing line.

Casey - Nicole Miller's Casey rugs are high-pile, luxurious shags and exceptionally plush for cozy elegance. A special dye technique is used to achieve a heathered look.
