ANDERSON, S.C. -- Orian Rugs has named Cliff Meadows regional vice president for the Eastern US Region. In his new role, Meadows will be responsible for developing and executing sales growth plans for the eastern region.
"We are pleased that Cliff has joined Orian Rugs: he brings with him industry experience, expertise and leadership skills. We expect positive sales momentum for the Eastern region," said Don Newton, Orian senior vice president of sales and marketing, in making the announcement.

Meadows is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in speech communication and rhetoric. He brings to Orian 16 years of sales experience in both flooring and area rugs. Meadows began his career in the textiles industry in 2000, as a territory sales manager with Shaw Industries. In 2010, he began at Beaulieu America as a regional sales manager. Most recently he served as southeast regional sales manager at Karastan Carpet.
Orian Rugs is a privately owned manufacturer of decorative area and scatter rugs established in 1979. Orian's state of the art facility located in Anderson, South Carolina has rapidly expanded from 50,000 square feet to over 605,000 square feet over the last 35 years with the new addition of a new yarn warehouse and production facility.
