NEW YORK -- For the first time ever, Jaipur Living is bringing its upbeat and unmistakable point of view to NY Now, showcasing its boutique collections of rugs, throws, pillows and poufs in space 2544 at the Jacob Javits Center.

"Our debut at this show is purposefully timed to align with some exciting big announcements for our brand, including a newly signed license agreement with renowned art house Zoe Bios Creative and a preview of our spring '17 introductions," Asha Chaudhary, president and CEO, told RugNews.com. "We'll also be introducing Jaipur Living to new designer audiences with a look at an inspiring assortment of our most beautiful boutique collections of rugs, throws, pillows and poufs."

At NY Now, running from Feb. 4-8, Jaipur Living is showing next door to Zoe Bios Creative as part of a new licensing agreement inked between the two fast-growing, fashion-forward lifestyle brands. Indeed, according to Chaudhary, a Zoe Bios Creative Collection exclusive to Jaipur Living is currently in the works, and set to be unveiled in the fall 2017.

"In line with our refreshed creative direction, NY NOW stands apart from most other industry shows for its appeal to trend-savvy buyers with an eye for really unexpected, inspiring design in every category," added Li Kurczewski, Jaipur creative director.

Jaipur Living introduces NY Now buyers to its spring 2017 collection, which focuses on timeless neutrals and soft blushes, such as Prescot 02, a wool and art-silk dhurrie.
Jaipur Living will be highlighting products that offer a snapshot of the company's breadth and depth, demonstrating the its commitment to handmade, along with showcasing innovative constructions and luxurious textures. It will display a fresh color palette centered around timeless neutrals and soft blush hues mixed with ivory and oatmeal, noted Kurczewski. The soft palette comes to life in a range of textures, from the softest shags to plush tufted rugs, flatweaves and outdoor performance rugs.

At NY Now, Jaipur Living will serve as a launchpad for the company's Spring '17 introductions and offer an assortment that Kurczewski, describes as tried-and-true, in-stock product representing the brand's beautiful, timeless core, coupled with trendier impulse items. "We want to introduce the trend-savvy buyers shopping NY NOW to our free-spirited creative aesthetic, which celebrates individuality and the everyday."

"Zoe Bios Creative has teamed up with Jaipur Living at NY Now because we truly believe in our coined expression 'Artentoure,'" said Caitlin Dinkins, co-founder of the renowned L.A. art house. "This term means full circle art environs, and we believe it is a way of life and a source of positive energy if put into practice." Noting that the two showrooms share a wall and common area at NY NOW, she added, "We believe that the more creative thinkers come together, the larger the hive mind builds and the sweeter the honey that is produced."
The Los Angeles based Zoe Bios Creative offers an assortment of art and decor, and soon-to-come rug collection in collaboration with Jaipur Living.
Chaudhary calls the showroom collaboration a "visual tour de force that underscores the creative approach of two, like-minded, continuously elevating brands. We're very excited about the new license agreement with Zoe Bios Creative and the opportunities to collaborate with these talented women moving forward. Their vision, principles and, frankly, the joy they bring to their work perfectly aligns with the direction of our brand and our ever-evolving product mix.
Soon to come, Dinkins promises, an exquisite rug collection designed by Zoe Bios Creative and curated by Kurczewski at Jaipur Living. "We feel so fortunate to be working with such a prolific and accomplished creative, who has believed in our spirits and talents since our inception," Dinkins says. "We feel honored to be a part of the Jaipur Living world, which is committed to giving back to the artisan communities that work with them, and to create hand-knotted artworks from single looms."
