HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Kalaty Rug Corporation is set to debut a diverse lineup of new area rugs at its High Point showroom (IHFC, G369) during the Spring 2025 High Point Market. In addition to new collections in all weaves, textures, constructions, colors and décor genres, Kalaty has added an array of new designs to best-selling collections and is offering a number of market specials to High Point customers.

“We have an impressive array of product introductions for High Point this spring. It’s actually one of the largest new-product presentations we have brought to High Point in quite a while,” says Kamran Kalaty, a company spokesman. “At the high end, we have new-and-exciting hand-knotted collections in a range of styles including two especially luxurious collections made entirely of natural silk. We also are debuting two new high-end hand-finished power-loomed collections, which includes a new collection, called Paintwrks, derived from artwork by renowned Brooklyn urban artist Katie Merz. In addition to this newest Katie Merz collection, we are adding new colors to her popular power-loomed Sportsglyphs collection. Also noteworthy, our oversized ‘Mansion Sizes’ rug group continues to grow. We now offer 57 of our best-selling high-end designs in 13x18, 14x20, 15x22 and 16x24 sizes for large residential and commercial installations.”

Among the company’s newest high-end hand-knotted collections: Lima, a collection of timeless borderless floral patterns in an array of desirable colorways made of 100 percent premium hand-spun wool; Piazza, an especially luxurious updated-traditional collection made entirely of 100 percent silk yarns; Prato, a contemporary collection of sophisticated modern abstract inspirations made entirely of sumptuous 100 percent silk yarns. Debuts in the high-end machine-woven category include: Rosemont, a high-quality hand-finished power-loomed collection of Oushak inspirations; Paintwrks, a hand-finished collection of modern power-loomed designs derived from artwork by noted urban artist Katie Merz.
