ART VAN ROLLS OUT CROSS-CATEGORY MAGNOLIA HOME BY JOANNA GAINES IN-STORE BOUTIQUES Working on rug assortments for the rollout of Magnolia Home boutiques at Art Van Furniture stores, Donald Dilliplane, senior buyer, Art Van, poses with Amir Loloi at The Atlanta Rug Market in front of one of Joanna Gaines' favorite Magnolia Home rug collections, Lucca.

ATLANTA -- Art Van Furniture, a top regional home furnishings retailer, introduces in-store Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines galleries, which will include the brand's furniture, as well as its rugs, pillows and throws created by Loloi Rugs for the HGTV-star's license program. "We are going to have Magnolia Home boutiques in all of our stores," Donald Dilliplane, furniture and home furnishings senior buyer at Art Van Furniture, told RugNews.com, during the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market this week. "The furniture will be merchandised with rugs, and every single item will be Magnolia Home branded, including rugs, throws and pillows. Amir [Loloi] does those accessories, as well and we are going to put those into the boutiques.

"We are starting to roll out now; we are up-fitting our stores with galleries -- all Art Van stores will have them."

Created by the Waco, Texas, star of HGTV's "Fixer Upper," the hugely popular Magnolia Home collection features Joanna Gaines' stylish yet practical furnishings and eclectic accessories that capture her take on the modern farmhouse. The complete line is available online and in all Art Van Furniture stores, Art Van Furniture stated.

The Magnolia Home collection includes everything from sofas and tables to area rugs and pillows. Pictured, a vignette by Art Van sister company Scott Shuptrine, illustrates Gaines' style.

"It is absolutely a pleasure to be in all the Art Van stores with our Magnolia Home rugs by Joanna Gaines," said Amir Loloi, founder of Loloi Rugs, noting that the collection originally launched at Art Van's Scott Shuptrine stores, and is now set to roll out at all Art Van stores. "Art Van is one of the finest names in the furniture business. Magnolia is very particular about not being on every street corner, and they look for exclusivity. They pick and choose the retailers they want to be with," Loloi explained. "Magnolia Home is the biggest brand in our industry today," Loloi continued. "People love them and they love to have a piece of that collection in their homes because they want the Magnolia Home lifestyle," Loloi continued. He said the collection is updated every six months at High Point Market. "It is really exciting to work with Chip and Joanna Gaines. They are great partners. Joanna and Chip have a great vision about where they want to go with the products, and we are expanding categories with them."

This Lucca collection rug, one of HGTV celebrity Joanna Gaines' favorite designs, offers the rich reds, deep blues and sheared texture once only found in high-end antiques. "Joanna's followers delight in her keen eye and uncanny knack for breathing fresh life and relaxed sophistication into home furnishings," said Kim Yost, president and CEO of Art Van Furniture. "Her Magnolia Home collection celebrates her unique approach to enhancing and transforming one's home into a beautiful haven for the entire family."

Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines features multifunctional pieces for every living space, such as dining tables with drawers for storage, a postman's desk-and-hutch set perfect for filling out and filing paperwork, and decorator cabinets in a range of styles and sizes. Neutral colors allow guests to mix and match pieces to customize their personal living spaces.

The collection comes in eight home-décor genres: architectural with a deconstructed style and intricate details, fun and free-spirited boho, charming farmhouse with relaxed finishes, elegant French-inspired, bold industrial with work-worn wood and aged metals, streamlined modern with a distinguished simplicity, time-tested primitive and a new twist on traditional.
