GLOBAL VIEWS ANNOUNCES COLLECTION WITH DESIGNER

collection, which includes rugs, at Dallas and Atlanta
Markets.

DALLAS -
Home accessories and accent furniture company Global Views has begun a
teaser campaign focused on its new licensed collection with
Chicago-based interior designer Julia Buckingham, scheduled for its full
official launch during High Point Fall Market in October. Headquartered
in Dallas, Global Views will unveil selections of Buckingham's 100-piece
collection next week at Dallas Market. Buckingham will appear at the
company's showroom on June 27th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The
designer will also make personal appearances at Global Views showrooms
in Atlanta at AmericasMart on Saturday July 11th and in Las
Vegas on August 3. These events will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and
cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. The collection includes
cut and loop knotted and multi-colored shag rugs, in addition to
furniture, lighting, tabletop and decorative objects. One of the rugs,
called Streamer, has a companion multi-color ribbon motif fabric shown on
a chair designed by Buckingham with a unique quatrefoil back treatment.

Color confidence is one of Buckingham's signatures as is her "Modernique"
style.

The
debuting Julia Buckingham collection for Global Views is simultaneously
contemporary and heirloom-inspired, the company said. The designer is
known for a signature style she has dubbed Modernique, which she says
seamlessly combines the old with the new to reveal the beauty and
delight in unexpected pairings, creating warm and energetic spaces
relevant to how people live today. Retail price points range from $49
to $4,499.

Global
Views has also announced the summer market introduction of its first
joint catalog for sister brands Global Views and Studio|A Home. The
catalog encompasses the largest collection of new products for summer
markets ever launched by the two brands. "We have had great response
from our customers to both the Global Views and Studio | A Home brands,"
said David Gebhart, CEO, "but we wanted our Brand Book to show how the
synergistic effect of the two combined can create ever more spectacular
spaces than either brand alone."
Each of
the licensed partners of Global Views and Studio|A Home will be featured
in the Brand Book as well, including Julia Buckingham, Roger Thomas,
DwellStudio, Barbara Barry, Michael CF Chan, and WILLIAMSBURG.
