CAPEL RUGS STORE OPENS 11TH
STORE IN LEXINGTON KENTUCKY

LEXINGTON, KY -- Capel Rugs hosted an open house here  Oct. 1 to celebrate the opening of its newest store. Consumers and interior designers attended the event.
 

The grand opening celebration  will continue for the month of October.   The promotion includes a 20% discount storewide and everyone who visits the store will receive a free 2x3 accent rug, according to Capel.

The 12,000 sq. ft.  store is the eleventh unit in the Capel Rug chain and the  first in Kentucky. It is a partnership of Capel with Brenda and Grover Huff of Lexington. 

Capel Rugs is the retail arm of Capel Inc.,  the  88-year old Troy, NC vendor. The first independently-owned  Capel store opened in Indianapolis in October, 2003.  There are also eight corporately owned stores, some dating back 20 years.

Capel manufactures braided rugs in Troy, NC. and also offers a full assortment of imported machine made and hand made rugs.
