CALHOUN, Ga. -- Delos, a family-owned manufacturer and importer of custom rugs and carpets, announces the appointments of Lacey Stinnett as director of design and Tina Johnson as business development manager.
With a career spanning three decades in the flooring industry, Lacey Stinnett joins Delos to lead the design team and their efforts in the residential, hospitality, aviation, and private sectors. “Her extensive design expertise has garnered acclaim from prominent design firms, highlighting her intuitive and principled approach across textile mediums, including Axminster, hand tufted, machine made, and other technical processes,” said Leah Phillips, co-president, Delos, adding that Stinnett’s “multifaceted experience also capitalizes on her keen ability to discern and apply design directions well-suited for custom projects.”
Tina Johnson joins Delos with over 25 years of experience in the flooring industry. “Tina brings a wealth of experience to Delos. She has a consistent record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships and has led project and account management teams throughout her career, Phillips explained.

Johnson will support the Delos field sales force, sales management, and internal operations teams. Phillips said Johnson’s appointment as Business Development Manager at Delos reflects the company’s commitment to providing the highest level of expertise and service to its clients. “With her extensive experience and leadership skills, Tina is well-positioned to contribute to Delos’ mission of creating best-in-class rugs and carpets for their clients,” Phillips said. Stinnett will help fine-tune design procedures and protocols and collaborate closely with in-house departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to streamline product efficiency.
