Home Décor, Bedding and Furniture Gains in Las Vegas for Summer 2021 Market

The show announces 20 plus new, expanded, relocated showrooms for the upcoming August market, including Chana, which relocates, Classic Home, expanding its presence, and Rug & Kilim, showing in the temporaries.

Las Vegas Market announces eight new showrooms and 12 expansions and relocations for summer.

LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas Market is seeing strong demand from the home furnishings industry with 20 home décor, bedding and furniture brands committing to new, expanded and relocated showrooms in the lead up to the Summer 2021 Market, running August 22-26, 2021.

"Las Vegas is the gateway for furniture, bedding and home décor brands to reach the west coast design and retail communities," said Scott Eckman, International Market Centers (IMC) chief revenue officer. "The latest updates to our diverse offerings in these categories confirm the strength of the market and provide buyers with a wide range of top-quality resources."

The 20 updates include eight new showrooms (three in home décor, three in bedding and two in furniture) and 12 expansions and relocations (nine in home décor, two in bedding and one in furniture). These new and expanding showrooms join the 2,500+ home décor, bedding and furniture resources offered by Las Vegas Market.

Home Décor Resources Grow

Home décor leasing is accelerating in Las Vegas with some twelve updates found across the three World Market Center buildings. Three brands making their debut at Las Vegas Market are: A. Sanoma (handmade bone and horn décor) in 940 square feet on C5; Furniture Classics (outdoor and accent furniture and décor) in 3,756 square feet on B1; and K & K Tabletop (handmade lace and crochet tabletop and accessories) in 1,014 square feet on C5. Some nine expanding and/or relocating showrooms include: Barloga Studios (photographic prints on various media) relocating on C5 to a 1,032-square-foot space; CHANDRA (rugs, throws, poufs, pillows and accent furniture) moving to 2,557-square-foot space on C4 from C5; Classic Home (accent furniture, textiles and rugs) increasing its square footage by nearly one-third in a 58,000-square-foot space on C3; Cloud9 Design Inc. (pillows, bedding, window coverings, bags, poufs, throws and decor) relocating on C5 to a 1,632-square-foot space; Lily's Living (accent furniture décor and wall art) moving on C3 to a 2,512-square-foot space; Luna Bella (furniture, lighting, decor and accessories) relocating on C5 to a 1,143-square-foot space; Mercana Furniture & Décor (accent furniture, accessories, art and lighting) expanding by 1,057 square feet to a 13,591-square-foot space on B3; RENWIL, Inc. (art, lighting, accessories, accent furniture, rugs and pillows) expanding by 1,282 square feet to a 3,782-square-foot space on A4; and Sagebrook Home (furniture, decorative accessories, lighting and art) growing by 7,159 square feet of space as it adds an additional showroom location on A4.

Enhancing the home décor presence at Las Vegas Market this summer are temporary exhibitors located at Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. Four categories – Design, Handmade, Home and Luxe – offer home décor product by brands like Ann Gish - The Art of Home (high-end bedding and pillows), CEREMONIA (handmade home décor), Deny Designs (design-driven gifts and home décor), Kazi + All Across Africa (global baskets and home décor), Luin Living (luxury organic blankets, towels and décor pieces with a Scandinavian touch), Meissenburg Designs (artwork and prints), Rug & Kilim (designer rugs), Shop Jitana (home décor), Uber Chic Home (modern benches and ottomans), Vanzzini Arts + Décor (high-end handcrafted mirrors from Mexico) and more.

Las Vegas Market presents more than 500 home décor resources, with permanent showrooms on 13 floors in Buildings A, B and C and temporary exhibits in the Expo at WMCLV. Notable categories include accent furniture, decorative accessories, home textiles, lighting and rugs/floor coverings.

Bedding Brand Commitments Secure Las Vegas Leadership

Five updates – including the debut of Purple and the return of Serta Simmons Bedding – make Las Vegas Market the most comprehensive collection of bedding leaders and disrupters anywhere in the U.S. and further establish it as the national bedding market. Purple (mattresses, pillows, cushions, bedding, bed frames and pet beds) debuts in a 4,200-square-foot space on C15 and Serta Simmons Bedding (mattresses) returns with a 6,400-square-foot space on B14 to showcase its Ashley Furniture exclusive options for summer 2021.

Additional updates to the category include a new 2,500 square foot showroom on B9 for Ventius International LLC (mattresses, toppers and pillows); Rize by Mantua (bed frames, adjustable beds, bedroom furniture, commercial bed bases, mattresses, pillows and other bedding and support products) doubling its space with its move to a new 5,000-square-foot space on B9 from C14; and the relocation of Reverie (adjustable bases, mattresses, bedding) on B9 to a 3,400 square foot showroom.

Looking ahead, Spring Air International LLC (adjustable beds and mattresses) also has confirmed its Winter 2022 move from B11 to new a 9,000-square-foot space on A7.

Furniture Updates

Summer 2021 Las Vegas Market features three updates to the furniture offerings. Two new furniture showrooms are CorLiving Distribution (outdoor, bedroom, living, dining, office and audio/video furniture) in a 2,300-square-foot space on A5; and Mobital (outdoor, occasional, lounge, dining and bedroom furniture plus lighting) in a 6,600-square-foot space on B7. Additionally, Roberto Grassie (dining sets, sofa sets, console tables, coffee tables, wall art and décor) relocates to a 6,300-square-foot space on B7.

Augmenting the permanent furniture offerings are some 30+ furniture and service providers – more than half of which are new to the market or returning after a market hiatus – showcased in temporary exhibits on B2. The two new service providers are iUnited (logistics and warehousing services) and Malaysian Timber Council (representing wood resources from Malaysia). Highlights of the 15+ returning brands include Fusion Designs (Amish furniture), iOBED (mattresses and bedding), North American Wood Furniture (case goods for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, entertainment rooms) and more. Additionally, the Indonesia Trade Promotion Centers of Chicago and Los Angeles present a pavilion of Indonesian furniture lines.
