HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Harounian Rugs International (HRI) expects brisk business at the June edition of High Point Market, June 5-9, and is introducing several handmade and Sunbrella performance rugs.
"Our sales reps are reporting increases over pre-covid numbers of customers and potential customers who plan on attending and seeing us during High Point -- many customers attending have not been to a market since summer/fall of 2019," Greg Jordt, executive vice president, sales & marketing, told RugNews.com.
"HRI has a great lineup of new and innovative introductions that have been developed over the past year that will be presented in High Point," Jordt said. "Our direction continues to be performance driven. With four new Sunbrella constructions and collections, as well as a number of hand-knotted and hand-woven collections of primarily fine New Zealand or Bikaner wools. All of our programmed collections are available in sample swatches and all collections are available in custom sizes."

Among the releases are the new hand-loomed Vivian collection and the hand-knotted Charlotte range. Vivian, available in four color ways, is crafted of New Zealand wool with viscose highlights in India. Vivian features random shading with a high-low densely textured pile, and is comprised of three abstract designs in four soft shades of blush, champagne, yellow and sand. These rugs are stocked and available in 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14.

Finally, HRI adds a new rust and gray colorway to the company's best-selling Rosewood collection of hand-knotted abstract designs. Rosewood, made in India of New Zealand wool and finely spun viscose highlights, is stocked and available in 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, and 10x14, with custom sizes available.
HRI's best-selling collection -- the hand-knotted Rosewood -- adds a gray and rust colorway (RO-21407).
