Kalaty returns to Las Vegas Market with scores of new area rug designs that Market shoppers will be able to see for the first time in-person, Shown, AD-895
HICKSVILLE, N.Y. -- At the April Las Vegas Market, Kalaty Rug Corp. presents a broad range of new product offerings with something for every customer. While the company’s primary focus remains at the high-end with new heirloom hand-knotted collections and additions to existing best-selling upper-tier heirloom groups, there are new rugs to be seen across all style categories, constructions, weaves and price ranges.
Always a major theme for Kalaty, color and texture are emphasized throughout all of the company’s latest introductions for 2021. One particularly noteworthy example of Kalaty’s attention to color fashion can be seen in the new hand-knotted Adana collection, which features a number of updated-traditional Oushak designs rendered in fresh modern color palettes enhanced by vibrant pops of trendy fashion colors.
And, as the company expands its successful licensing partnership with celebrated fashion designer Josie Natori, Kalaty is highlighting the recently introduced N Natori series, launched virtually last summer, which features stylish power-loomed rugs designed and marketed under the highly respected N Natori fashion label. Las Vegas market customers have the opportunity to see the first three N Natori collections – N Natori Serengeti, N Natori Bliss and N Natori 24-SEVEN – showcased together for the first time. 24-SEVEN is the first indoor-outdoor collection designed and marketed under the company’s N Natori category.
The K-TWO series – a range of open-distribution collections that fall into the unique classification of Kalaty-quality products at more popular price points – continues to grow with the addition of seven new collections: Aurora, Citadel, Denali, Ethos, Lumina, Omnia and Sonoma. There are also a number of additions to existing best-selling K-TWO collections making their Las Vegas Market debut. Ranging in style from casual contemporary to transitional to traditional, and in weave from hand-knotted to hand-tufted to hand loomed to power-loomed, the K-TWO series now includes 20-plus collections with more new collections on the horizon.
“The many challenges our industry faced throughout 2020 changed the world as well as changed the way in-person markets are held,” says Mike Kalaty, a company spokesman. “We all have high hopes that things will ‘normalize’ in the near future and that a more regular schedule of in-person markets can return. Meanwhile, we are open for the first time in nearly a year at the Las Vegas Market, and we have a great deal of new product including rugs across all style and price categories on display. And for those not attending Las Vegas, we invite existing and potential customers to make appointments for our virtual showroom tours that feature all of our latest products.”
