DALTON, Ga. -- Due to COVID-19 on the rise in much of the United States, Kaleen Rugs and Broadloom announced that the company will not be opening their Las Vegas showroom during summer market.

"The health and safety of our customers and staff are critical to us," says the company's C.O.O., Monty Rathi. "Although it pains us not to attend market, we know that we are doing it with confidence. Last month we had surveyed our customers, and the results were not surprising. The majority of customers surveyed said they would not be attending any markets for the rest of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic."

"I understand there are mixed feelings of relief and frustration from our customers," says Sr. Vice President of Sales, Blake Dennard. "We continue to view the Markets as an essential sales strategy and fully intend to return once the pandemic is under control, and we can do so without risk."

"We are taking each market one at a time," says Brian Brigham, Kaleen's marketing director. "This is uncharted territory for most of us, so the only thing we can do is monitor the situation for improvement. Meanwhile, we have created a library of online catalogs (https://issuu.com/kaleen), including new introductions, the Hilary Farr collection, and our all-new Pure Life broadloom. We want to provide our customers with the ability to shop our rugs without risk."

Kaleen Rugs may not be opening their showroom but continues to remain open during the pandemic -- taking orders and serving their customers. Visit Kaleen.com for more information.
