LAS VEGAS -- Two area rug vendors celebrate their new Las Vegas Market showrooms and Loloi, again, expands its footprint at World Market Center during the summer event, July 31-Aug. 2.

Loloi Rugs expands its World Market Center, Building B footprint even more for summer market-goers, adding approximately 3,000 plus additional square feet. The new space was opened up and incorporated into Loloi's smaller dedicated Magnolia Home suite.

Loloi took over a showroom adjacent to its dedicated Magnolia Home collection space and united the two.

Loloi has a busy summer market schedule, showing in the Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas markets, and Austin Craley, VP of sales, Loloi, told RugNews.com, "We have recently physically expanded all three showrooms, as we feel it is important to continue bringing the Loloi brand to customers wherever they are able to visit us, especially during these uncertain economic times."

Loloi's new space provides private space to meet with key accounts, in addition to giving it additional room to display
its growing rug assortment.

RUG SHOWROOM RIBBON CUTTINGS

Chandra Tiwari, founder of Chandra, cuts the ribbon alongside his sons and partners Ravi, left, and Shashi.

Long-time Vegas participant Chandra, a purveyor of handcrafted area rugs, finally settles into a permanent space in Building B on the first floor, after presenting its designs in a temporary location. While the showroom remains a work in progress, Ravi Tiwari, who co-founded the company alongside his father, Chandra Tiwari, said that the company brought all of its best-sellers to market and also its latest introductions that incapsulate the major trends in the market.

Balta Home's Hans Fosse, president, cuts the ribbon of the rug manufacturer's first West Coast showroom in Vegas.

Also cutting the ribbon on a new showroom is Balta Home, the U.S. arm of Balta Group, a Belgian-based rug manufacturer, which continues to seek major in-roads in the U.S. area rug market. The company debuted its brand at the summer 2023 Las Vegas Market, with a new 4,000 square foot showroom in Building C, suite 364.

For Las Vegas shopper, Balta Home launched 220 new rugs, all designed for U.S. buyers. In 2020, Balta Home opened an AmericasMart Atlanta showroom that also functioned as its offices. The company plans to close that location after it finds larger accommodations, which will be off of the AmericasMart campus.

Balta Home's new World Market Center showroom in Building C offers plenty of room to showcase product.
