New, Expanding, Relocating Showrooms, Temporary Exhibitors Confirmed for Vegas Market

Las Vegas Market announced today that 32 new, expanding, relocating and renewing home décor resources are confirmed in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits for Winter 2020 Las Vegas Market.

LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegas Market announced today that 32 new, expanding, relocating and renewing home décor resources are confirmed in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits for Winter 2020 Las Vegas Market, running Jan. 26-Jan. 30, 2020. These early leasing gains will add to the more than 500 home décor resources available at Las Vegas Market this winter.

 

"Las Vegas Market continues to expand and enhance its home décor category," said Scott Eckman, executive vice president of furniture and home décor for International Market Centers. "With robust leasing activity so far this cycle, the Market continues to cement itself as the West Coast's go-to destination for all things décor."

 

Nineteen New, Expanding, Relocating Home Décor Showrooms

 

Three exhibitors will debut in permanent showrooms in Buildings B and C this winter. Native Linum (bedding) and Provence Home (home décor and lighting) will debut in more than 1,800 square feet on C5; and Streamline Art (wall décor) will debut in a 6,134-square-foot space on B3. Hudson Valley Lighting's 23,742-square-foot showroom on C4 also makes its Winter Market debut following its Summer 2019 West Coast launch last July.

 

Five existing tenants are expanding or relocating their showrooms for winter market. Currey & Company (lighting, furniture, accessories) is expanding by 30 percent into a 9,300-square-foot showroom on C3; and Impressions Vanity Company (illuminated vanity mirrors) is expanding by 50 percent into a 2,269-square-foot showroom on C5. Additionally, County Road (bedding, window treatments, and toss pillows), Luna Bella (lighting, clocks, furniture, and accessories), and OLY Studio (furniture, artwork, lighting, fashion) are all relocating on C5.
 

Eleven current home décor tenants are renewing their commitment to Las Vegas Market this January. Renewing showrooms include: American Cover Design 26, Inc. (area rugs); Amity Home (linens and bedding); F J Kashanian (handmade rugs); Jamie Young Company (lighting); JLA Home - Olliix.com (furniture, decorative accents, wall art, décor); Karma Living (home accents, personal accessories); Moe's Home Collection (furniture, accents); Pacific Coast Lighting (decorative lighting); Three Hands Corporation (decorative accessories); Tufan Rugs (rugs/floor coverings); and Visser Enterprises (art, mirrors, clocks, plaques and home décor).


Temporary Home Décor Exhibitors Expand Presence in Pavilions


This winter, The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market also welcomes new and returning home décor resources to the Market's 225-plus temporary home décor exhibitors within the DESIGN HOME, HOME and DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace destinations. 


The 13 new-to-market exhibitors confirmed to date are: Capitol Earth Rugs, Inc. (rugs and accessories); Ida Mae Home (lifestyle home); Jieke Wood Product Co., Ltd. (wood furniture); MAPSAndART (original art, antique maps, vintage prints); Neat 4 Designs (art and signs); Randolph Rose Collection (outdoor statuary); Turkan Home (Turkish towels); and Verona Prive Maison (tables, planters, bowls). Returning exhibitors are: Art Hide and Amigos de Hoy (cowhide leather rugs and décor); Country Porch Productions (fabric art); Karamel Collection (textiles); South of the Party (planters); and ZEK Dokuma Tekstil Hediyelik Esya ve Hayvancilik Sanayi Tic LTD. STI (textiles and home décor).


Other notable home décor resources in the Pavilions include: Chinese Antique Furniture & Art Inc. (home décor); Filling Spaces (pillow, home décor, fabrics); Harmony / Linhome (textiles); House of Cindy Inc. (pillows, mirrors, textiles); La Nazar (textiles); Little Birdie (custom-made pillows); Little Heart Designs (home décor); Momma Pots (garden décor); Pink Lemonade (home accessories, gifts, baby decor); Rough and Tumble Vintage (clothing); Rug & Kilim (rugs); and Stone Soup Santas (seasonal décor).
