LAS VEGAS -- Oriental Weavers introduces several new collections highlighting its machine-woven acumen and its growing assortment of handmade goods at its Building C-395 showroom at Las Vegas Market, Jan. 26-30.
Among the featured introductions is the new Acacia collection, which is a high-end wool and nylon lineup offering 14 classically styled patterns in saturated neutral palettes. These rugs are woven using space-dyed wool in Egypt on an Axminster loom with an incorporated cotton fringe.
Another expected favorite, the Avalon collection, also continues to address the importance of transitional designs in today's market yet approaches the genre with more subtle styling. Comprised of eight updated classic Persian patterns, Avalon reworks these detailed motifs in an understated manner via a subtle color palette of warm neutrals with accents of watery blues, golden terracotta and mossy green. These pieces are machine-woven of super soft space-dyed polyester.

Finally, for shoppers on the hunt for more contemporary looks the Soho collection, a companion collection to Avalon, includes eight designs in organic abstract and modern casual designs. These rugs are machine-woven of soft, space-dyed polyester yarns in the same color palette as Avalon, making coordination throughout the home simple.

In the handmade category, OW adds Solstice to its assortment. These rugs are hand-loomed in India featuring organic abstract looks in muted and tonal colorations. Constructed of lustrous bamboo silk and wool, it offers a lush textured cut and loop construction that adds depth to the subtle patterns.
