LAS VEGAS -- Oriental Weavers' Las Vegas Market introductions resonated with buyers stopping by the company's World Market Center showroom, C395.
Among the top looks and rug features that continue to be popular with buyers was the company's fresh lineup of updated traditional motifs, with medallion designs remaining a top choice. In fact, Oriental Weavers' successful one million point Aberdeen and Maharaja collections added new looks, with OW taking Aberdeen's best-selling medallion design and running it in the Maharaja creel. Both Aberdeen and Maharaja offer the same million point construction, however in different color creels: Aberdeen offers rich jewel-tone colors while Maharaj features softer neutrals. OW took the best-selling patterns of each collection, running those in the creel of the other collection. Both collections are woven of incredibly soft, space-dyed polyester in a high-density, low profile construction with minimal self-fringe.
