LOS ANGELES -- Direct-to-consumer area rug brand Ruggable, a manufacturer of a line of washable area rugs, is opening its first international manufacturing facility in Birmingham, England to facilitate its expansion in Europe.
The company reports that two of its most successful markets are Germany and France. Ruggable, founded in Los Angeles by Jeneva Bell, offers machine-washable rugs in a two-piece layered system. The company has expanded its product categories to include outdoor area rugs in 2020, followed by door mats in 2021 and bath mats in 2022.
