Stanton Beefs Up Sales Team with Several Hires

Stanton expands its sales team with several additions including naming Brian Witkin, named NE regional Vice President.

Brian Witkin joins Stanton as Northeast regional vice president.

WOODBURY, N.Y. – Stanton Carpet Corporation, a supplier of decorative, high quality self-branded carpet, custom rugs and LVP announces key additions to its sales team.

As stated by Mitch White, VP of sales of Stanton, “With Brian [Witkin]’s experience and sales leadership ability we look forward to earning more of our customers business and accelerating growth in the Northeast. We’re also extremely excited about our talented new territory manager hires as we set the stage to meet and exceed demand for our products across all categories including hard surface.”

Brian Witkin joins Stanton as Northeast regional vice president. Brian joins Stanton with an impressive career in the flooring industry most recently as president of North American Sales for Aperion Surfaces. Brian was instrumental in helping to build this hard surface company from its inception. Prior to Aperion Brian was the executive VP of sales for Avalon Flooring for six years. Over the course of 19 years of success at Mohawk Brian held several key roles including senior VP of national accounts as well as vice president of sales operations. Brian will be an enormous asset to Stanton, bringing his knowledge, high energy and sales leadership across both hard and soft surface. Brian will work closely with Stanton’s veteran sales team in the NE to expand Stanton’s business there and report directly to Mitch White, Stanton’s VP of Sales.

Dawn Macias joins Stanton as territory manager in Arizona, New Mexico and Las Vegas for Stanton Hard Surface (DWF - Decorative Waterproof Flooring), Rosecore, Crescent, Hibernia and Cavan Carpets. Dawn comes to Stanton from the Dixie Group where she focused on hard surface and was able to grow the territory significantly. Dawn’s background in interior design and extensive knowledge of both hard and soft surface were a natural fit for Stanton. Stanton’s existing salesperson in AZ will continue to focus on Stanton soft surface growth.

Brian Locklear joins Stanton as territory manager in Kentucky, Indiana and Cincinnati representing Stanton Hard Surface (DWF - Decorative waterproof flooring), Hibernia and Stanton Street (Decorative Main Street commercial). We are confident that Brian’s extensive and successful background in hard surface previously with Tarkett & Happy Floors will propel Stanton to the next levels in this important and growing category. Stanton’s longtime salesperson in KY, IN & Cincinnati will continue to represent Stanton soft surfaces as well as Crescent, Rosecore & Antrim.

Susan Kates joins Stanton as territory manager Rosecore, Crescent & Hibernia in Southern New Jersey, Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Susan’s previous luxury experience at Karastan / Godfrey Hirst positions her well to drive growth and awareness for Stanton’s high-end brand portfolio. Susan’s passion, product knowledge and high energy are a welcomed addition to the Stanton family.

Rachel Preciado joins Stanton as territory manager for Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin representing Hibernia, Antrim, Rosecore, Crescent. Rachel’s deep experience at Dal-Tile, York Wall Covering and Kravet servicing the interior design trade makes her well suited to represent and grow our high-end brands and provide a high level of service to our customer base. Stanton’s existing salesperson in MN will continue to focus on Stanton hard & soft surface growth including Cavan sales.
