SURYA ANNOUNCES DEBUT OF SISTER COMPANY ARTISTIC
WEAVERS AT HIGH POINT MARKET

Artistic Weavers, a rug and home accessories company
focused on younger consumers in the value fashion
segment with rugs and coordinating pillows, will be
presented at its own showroom, Market Square 212 during High Point Market.

CALHOUN, GA -
Artistic Weavers, a value-focused rug and home accessories brand geared
to younger consumers who are looking for trend-driven, fashionable looks
at an affordable price point, will debut at the upcoming High Point
Market.
The product line currently includes a selection ofover150
hand-tufted and machine-made designs in a variety of styles and colors
along with recently introduced coordinating pillows in bold geometric
patterns. A sister company to Surya, and headed by Surya President Satya Tiwari. Artistic Weavers will offer indoor and outdoor styles
ranging from classic and transitional designs to natural fiber and
geometric looks. All rug designs come in multiple sizes, including up to 9x13, with 5x8 sizes retailing for $349 and under. Coordinating pillows are available in 18"x18", and come in a choice of down or poly insert. Artistic Weavers pillows retail for $29 and under.

The Scandinavian-inspired Hilda rug collection by Artistic
Weavers is hand tufted of 100% wool and will debut in eight
graphic patterns in fresh fashion colors. Retail price is $249
for a 5'x7'6" rug.

Artistic
Weavers was soft launched in 2014 to test the market, collect feedback
and enable fine tuning prior to a full scale roll-out to a broader
audience.The
company says that based on the positive
response received from retailers and e-commerce partners and strong
sales momentum, anofficial
launch has been planned to coincide with the fall market.
"When
we initially conceived Artistic Weavers, we envisioned it as the perfect
balance of style and value," said Tiwari in making the announcement. "We
sought to offer Millennials and consumers who are at once fashion
conscious and very mindful of their budgets, a way to give their living
spaces a very personal feel without straining their wallets. At the same
time, we wanted to provide regional stores and larger retail groups with
an expanded value-priced offering that would help them tap into these
underserved segments as well as more effectively compete with big box
retailers. We're excited to introduce this new company to market
attendees."

Artistic Weavers will introduce the Inga pillow collection at
High Point featuring patterns coordinating with many of the
Hilda rug line, all geared to the value fashion segment of the
market.
