NEW YORK -- Surya invests in its Livabliss brand rolling out a diverse selection of fresh products that bring style and value to New York Home Fashions Market kicking off Monday, March 17, 2025.

"At Surya Inc, we are constantly innovating to meet the evolving needs of our customers," Satya Tiwari, Surya Inc. president, said. "Our product team has been dedicated to developing rug qualities that reflect current trends in color and texture, while also offering exceptional value. We understand the growing demand to provide consumers with the fashion-forward designs they expect from us, and we’ve made them more accessible through our Livabliss brand."

Among the introductions heading to Surya's 230 Fifth Ave. showroom, suite 1503, are Lavish, Astra and Garden District — new collections that replicate the rich color and texture of hand-knotted wool rugs, but at a fraction of the cost. The high-low Lavish receives a line extension with a fresh crop of geometric designs and new colors, including deep olive repeating square and a playful animal print inspired style in ivory and brown.

Surya also is emphasizing its indoor/outdoor and washable categories at the upcoming market as well. Livabliss' new machine washable Amir, machine-woven of 75 percent polypropylene and 25 percent polyester, offers softly colored classic motifs with a ribbed like texture.

Surya has also updated its Fifth Avenue showroom to better accommodate its growing mats and scatter rugs assortment, which will be a key focus at the spring NY Home Fashions Market. The mats will include anti-fatigue, coir and recycled rubber options — offering a variety of solutions for different needs and settings.
