CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- Surya announced that it has completed the acquisition of RST Brands, an omnichannel outdoor furniture company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The strategic purchase will enable Surya to immediately gain market share and strengthen its capabilities in the rapidly growing outdoor furnishings segment.
