Surya Rolls Out Largest Product Debut, Including 100+ Furniture Pieces & Several New Rug Collections

Surya rolls out several handmade rug collections, including plenty of hand-knotteds, at the spring High Point Market.

HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Along with hundreds of rugs, across constructions and price points, lamps, mirrors and pillows, Surya has added more than 100 new furniture pieces to its line this season.

“Our talented product development team has worked tirelessly to create signature furniture pieces that are cohesive with the rest of the Surya line and reflect the design leadership customers have come to expect from us. The new furniture collections feature contemporary shapes, luxe detailing and mixed materials for standout pieces,” said Satya Tiwari, President of Surya. He added: “This is an exciting time for Surya as we continue to build out our brand and our product offering with the ultimate goal of being the preferred resource for home furnishings for every lifestyle.”

Debuting at High Point Market in Surya's Showplace 4100 showroom are a host of new rug collections in the hand-knotted, performance, natural fiber and machine-woven categories, including an expansion to the Becki Owens x Surya collaboration. Wall decor introductions feature unique, statement-making mirrors in a variety of finishes, shapes, and sizes. Lighting introductions span multiple styles and silhouettes, with natural and organic handcrafted materials taking centerstage.
 
DEBUTING SURYA RUG COLLECTIONS

AMINA COLLECTION


Amina, a high-low hand-knotted assortment, debuts at the Surya showroom for spring HPMKT. Shown, AMA-2303

Surya introduces the hand-knotted Amina collection, crafted in India from wool with viscose accents. These rugs feature high-low geometric motifss with dimensional sheen.

BUNYAN COLLECTION


Bunya is hand-knotted of wool and viscose for added sheen, Shown, BYN-2302

The Bunya collection offers traditional motifs in muted colorations crafted in India from wool and viscose.

DAMA COLLECTION


The hand-woven Dana collection is made from 100 percent jute with fringe. Shown, DMA-2300

The Dama rug collection from Surya is hand-woven in India from 100 percent jute offering a warm, timeless checkerboard pattern and stylish fringe.

EPIC COLLECTION 


Surya introduces Epic, hand-knotted of New Zealand wool with a hint of cotton. Shown, EPI-2305

Surya debuts the active-solid Epic collection, hand-knotted in India from mostly New Zealand wool and some cotton. Offered in 15 vibrant colors these pieces have fringe detailing.

MASTERPIECE COLLECTION

Surya's machine-woven Masterpiece collection offers intricate high-low patterns in tone-on-tone colors. This collection includes a range of styles, from geometric to traditional with a medium-pile from 100 percent polyester.

ONCE UPON A TIME COLLECTION

This  collection, featuring understated vintage-inspired designs on a low-profile pile with soft colorations, is woven from wool on special looms in Turkey. Once off the loom, each rug is meticulously hand-finished by local artisans.

OTTOWA COLLECTION


The hand-tufted Ottawa collection is crafted of wool and recycled PET yarn. Shown, OTW-2302

Surya adds Ottawa, a hand-tufted in India range, crafted from a blend of wool and recycled PET yarn. These modern-styled rugs offer a medium-pile rugs.

RIVIERA COLLECTION


The hand-knotted Riviera collection offers warm global looks. Shown, RIV-2300

Hand-knotted in India from New Zealand wool, the new Riviera collection features luxurious global-inspired patterns with fine details and a natural, warm look.

TULSA COLLECTION

Featuring a low pile and refined bordered traditional design, the hand-knotted Waterloo is crafted of wool and viscose for sheen. These textural rugs offer understated neutral palettes.
