CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- Surya is set to debut an impressive array of 600 new rugs, including 75 new collections, as well as extensions to top-selling and trending collections at the upcoming High Point Market, Oct. 13-21. The introductions span the style and price spectrum, ranging from hand-knotted statement pieces to high-design machine-woven options and intricately crafted handwoven designs. Surya has also made significant expansions to its rug assortment in the performance and natural fiber categories to reflect current market trends.

New to the Surya showroom will be a gallery featuring 150 vintage and antique one of a kind rugs, hand selected for their unique design, high quality natural materials and meticulous craftsmanship. Each authentic piece is made from soft hand-spun wool hand knotted by skilled artisans. The collection will include a variety of unique patterns and sizes.

The company also rolls out a range of pillow and pouf collections featuring warmed up hues of patch-worked leather and hair on hide combinations inspired by the rustic American Southwest. Fresh additions in the company's ever-expanding mirror and accent furniture categories include chic marbled surfaces and dimensional frames.

Surya's most noteworthy rugs and accessories for the season are highlighted in the company’s Fall 2020 Spotlight, which can be accessed here. Filled with inspirational lifestyle photography, close-up imagery and video features, this e-catalog brings products to life for an elevated virtual buying experience.

“We are excited to welcome buyers and designers back to our showroom next week and will be taking extra precautions to keep our staff and visitors safe,” said Satya Tiwari, president of Surya. “Over the last several months we have been focusing on product innovation, strengthening our relationships with vendor partners and optimizing our sourcing strategy. As a result, many of our new rug collections are already generously stocked, ready to ship and available in large sizes up to 12x15. This market, we are looking forward to showcasing a world of new design possibilities.”

Surya's showroom, Showplace 4100, welcomes walk-ins but showroom visitors are encouraged to book an appointment here.
