Feizy Launches Enhanced New Website
Feizy upgrades its website to improve navigability and shopability of its area rugs.
2/8/2021
Feizy revamps its website to make it easier to navigate and to find rugs.
DALLAS -- With an eye on creating unparalleled positive user experience, Feizy Rugs has announced the launch of their new and improved website. The Feizy.com rebuild is the result of several months of collaborative work by Feizy’s in-house marketing team and IMCdI Juniper Web and is based on extensive feedback from Feizy’s field reps and clients.
With an available inventory of thousands of pieces, the Feizy team’s daunting goal was to create an easily navigable site that enabled clients to both narrow and widen their searches to locate the rugs best suited for their projects. By adding search filters like color, construction, fiber and style, the user is able to browse effortlessly through all products relevant to their needs, allowing them to make an easy yet well-informed choice and offering a wide variety of options seamlessly.
“We really wanted to make shopping on Feizy.com an intuitive experience for our customers,” said Justin Yeck, vice president of sales, marketing and product development. “We know our clients don’t always search by collection, and want to see all their options based on a variety of criteria. We have delivered a site that allows them to search based on the things most important to them. What we are truly excited about is the flexibility we have gained by partnering with IMCdI to continually update our site, enabling us to deliver improvements to our clients and creating the best online shopping experience possible.”
Clients will have 24-hour access to Feizy’s library of products and an inventory feed that is updated every two hours, along with catalogues, supplemental brochures, and rug pad offerings.
Future functionality will include a one-of-a-kind portal which allows the user to browse over 10,000+ one-of-a-kind rugs, the ability to search for current promotions and also utilize promo codes for discounts. Enhanced search functions will include sorting by key features, such as high traffic, pet friendly and eco-friendly. The company also looks forward to adding a custom calculator which will give clients the ability to price and create custom rugs from the comfort of their home or office.
