HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Oriental Weavers showcases its expanded popular Andorra series and debuts two new collections at its IHFC, G276, showroom for the upcoming High Point Market, running from April 22-26
The Andorra collection initially introduced in January 2016, and which quickly became one of OW's best-selling lines, expands the offering with 12 additional designs, bringing the collection to a total of 40 designs.
"Andorra continues to thrive as our best-selling collection and most talked about quality," said Jonathan Witt, President. "The collection debuted in 2016 and featured mostly saturated jewel tone designs. With over 200 colors available, we expanded the collection in 2019 with eight neutral designs that are amongst the collection's current best sellers. Based on the past seven years of continued success, we are excited to introduce 12 more designs to compliment the already expansive collection in High Point."
The Andorra series is domestically made with a multiple yarn system that produces a range of more than 200 colors. Shown, 2417b
Andorra rugs are domestically power-loomed of a nylon/polypropylene blend using a proprietary weaving technology that removes the boundaries and color limitations of conventional woven rugs. In addition, the multiple yarn systems used in the production of Andorra rugs create a range of over 200 colors and a dense, yet soft pile.
Like earlier designs, the latest Andorra pieces feature vintage patterns updated with modern traditional styling in brilliant, saturated jewel tones.
Among the debuting Andorra line extension rugs is a tree of life inspired pattern, 2449b.
