Stanton Acquires Floors 2000

 Stanton Carpet purchases Floors 2000, which serves the residential market with a well-priced product line featuring LVP & porcelain tile.

WOODBURY, N.Y. --Stanton Carpet, a supplier of decorative, high-quality self-branded carpet, area rugs and LVP has acquired Floors 2000. Floors 2000 serves the residential market with a well styled, well priced product line featuring LVP & porcelain tile. The announcement was made today by Jonathan Cohen, CEO of Stanton Carpet.

Floors 2000 offers an excellent complementary LVP product line to Stanton’s Decorative Waterproof Flooring (DWF), allows Stanton to enter the tile market while strategically aligning with both companies’ ambitious hard surface growth plans. In addition to LVP, Floors 2000 offers a beautiful assortment of porcelain tile and most recently introduced mosaic and recycled glass that’s quickly resonating across the customer base. President of Floors 2000, Jason Jones and the existing internal & external sales team will continue to lead and operate Floors 2000 while maintaining operations and distribution from their current facility in Pensacola, FL.

According to Jason Jones, President of Floors 2000, “Becoming an integral part of Stanton will accelerate continued growth for Floors 2000 as we integrate our systems and capitalize on the existing Stanton infrastructure, B2B platform, current and new technology as well as tapping into Stanton’s national network of loyal retailers” notes Jones. Floors 2000 will be marketed and positioned as a brand within the Stanton portfolio that offers well styled product categories at a more value price point, rounding out the entire assortment for LVP.

Stanton & Floors 2000 will collaborate on everything from product development to strategic growth objectives with the goal of expanding Floors 2000 presence across the US while enhancing the product assortment across LVP & tile. In addition, Floors 2000 brings an exemplary team of independent hard surface sales agents that are well versed in the categories and will continue to represent the brand.
