HIGH POINT, N.C. -- For the fall High Point Market, Kalaty brings one of the company’s largest and most impressive new product presentations to their High Point showroom.

On display at its IHFC, G-369 showroom, buyers will find a broad array of Kalaty’s newest area rug fashions, which includes high-end hand-knotted designs in sophisticated colors and styles, as well as recent additions to best-selling collections, plus additions to the growing K-TWO series of popular-priced open-distribution collections. Customers looking for something entirely unique will also discover a selection of intriguing one-of-a-kind hand-knotted rugs as well as a few surprises that give customers a glimpse into the future.

“Despite the many challenges and disruptions the industry has faced over the past two years, we have an impressive number of new rugs to show our High Point customers this fall,” says Kamran Kalaty, a company spokesman. “Many attendees who haven’t been to a show for a while due to the pandemic may be seeing in person for the first time the full scope of our 2021 as well as our 2020 new product introductions. And to support our newest products, we have an impressive inventory of these new rugs in all sizes and shapes in stock and ready to ship.”

Market customers will see particularly noteworthy examples of Kalaty’s attention to color, detail and other on-trend looks through energetic contemporary abstracts, classic traditional designs that incorporate refreshingly modern color palettes, plus handsome new transitional designs featuring stylish tone-on-tone neutrals. The double-sided flatweave Soumak collection, one of the company’s all-time best sellers, has expanded to include a number of color-splashed contemporary abstract designs, several of which are being shown for the first time in High Point. And, for those who may not have previously seen the licensed N Natori collections, which are inspired by internationally renowned fashion designer Josie Natori’s unique textiles, Kalaty is once again showcasing the designer’s chic N Natori Serengeti, Bliss and 24-SEVEN power-loomed collections produced and marketed under the highly respected N Natori fashion label.

So far in 2021 Kalaty has introduced eight new collections under the K-TWO series umbrella of popular-priced open-distribution collections, and these collections – Lucid, Aurora, Citadel, Denali, Ethos, Lumina, Omnia, and Sonoma – will be on display in High Point. Now comprising 25 collections with new designs constantly in various stages of development, the growing K-TWO collections range in style from relaxed transitional designs to high-energy contemporary abstracts to updated traditional patterns -- and in weaves from hand knotted to hand tufted to hand loomed to power-loomed.
