LAS VEGAS -- Kaleen focuses summer market on its most successful debuts from 2022, including the hit program with HGTV celebrity Tamara Day, its fashion-forward performance rugs, the new Kaleen Custom rug fabrication program, and more, at Las Vegas Market, running July 24-28.
Said company COO Monty Rathi, "Our customers are looking for handmade rugs and quality rugs. Retailers are tired of low-end rugs, which often end up looking like they are from the same color family or with nothing special, unlike with handmade rugs."
Among the Kaleen area rugs that tick the right boxes are the new licensed Tamara Day rugs, which will be spotlighted in Kaleen's World Market Center C407 showroom for summer. Rolled out in early 2022, the program was an instant hit when it launched earlier this year and includes hand-made and machine-made constructions. The hand-tufted Charlotte collection by Tamara Day is inspired by three homes on Charlotte Street, which Day renovated on her Bargain Mansions show. These rugs, which range from bold and bright patterns to warm and subtle, are made in India from blended wool with Kaleen's cotton backing. Another Day hit to be featured is her hand-tufted Warwick collection, which offers updated classic tribal area rug motifs with over-tuft, high-pile accents, fringe and a non-skid back.

Vegas attendees will also be able to check out the Hilary Farr collection's recent additions, Sterling Impressions and Natural Jute. Sterling Impressions, a line inspired by 18th century silver filigree book covers, offers patterns in silver and gray with splashes of blues, warm golds, deep reds and jewel toned greens. This collection is 100 percent machine-made from recycled polyester shrink yarn, with machine-serged finish. Natural Jute, a handmade collection crafted out of a jute and wool blend yarn, features understated geometric patterns. These rugs are soft to the touch and easy to care for.

In addition, Kaleen will continue to spotlight its exclusive brick-and-mortar LUXE program of high-end hand-knotted rugs, as well as its recently introduced Kaleen Custom retail display program. The custom display units offer more than 650 styles in any size up to 16 feet wide with a quicker turn around -- within 10 days.

KALEEN LABEL INTRODUCTIONS
Roselyn's distressed-finish, fresh color palettes and updated classic motifs are amped up with a durable, easy-care wallop.
Finally, Kaleen showcases its latest performance, indoor-outdoor and washable rugs. Highlights include the indoor-outdoor Ellora collection of muted jewel-tone transitional patterns. These rugs are machine-made in Turkey of 100 percent polypropylene, UV protected and open-backed. The machine-washable Talavera range will also be showcased at the summer 2022 market. This line offers a traditional and vintage styling in deep jewel tones. Talavera rugs are printed on a 100 percent polyester base made in Turkey.

Two durable, easy-care collections are also expected to be popular with summer shoppers. The Eclectic collection features a diverse range of motifs, ranging from medallion patterns to abstract and geometric. Roselyn rugs update traditional Turkish patterns with distressed styling and contemporary cooler colorations such as silver, ivory, blue, teal and brown or warmer palettes including red, orange, brown, blue, yellow, ivory. Bothe Eclectic and Roselyn are machine-made of 100 percent polypropylene, extremely durable and easy to clean.
Lastly, Kaleen adds to its successful Boho Patio range of indoor-outdoor printed rugs, offered in runner sizes as well, with 15 new patterns and colorways for Vegas shoppers. The latest looks are in a range of motifs from globally inspired vintage rug patterns, to simple geometrics to high-detail traditional styles. Boho Patio rugs are machine-made in Turkey from 100 percent polyester, are extra thin and quick to dry. Rugs are UV treated to be fade resistant.
