HIGH POINT, N.C. -- With the unveiling of an expansive new product launch at the fall 2021 High Point Market featuring a deep and wide assortment of new area rugs, soft textiles and furniture, LR Home experienced one of the best markets in its history at High Point.

"Market was great -- one of our best ever. We sold over 100 customers, with a closing ratio of over 90 percent -- which is remarkable," said Krishna Laddha, principal, LR Home. Attributing the successful market to buyers shopping across all categories, he said sales of furniture, textiles and rugs all exceeded expectations.

Rugs, furniture and soft textiles are integrated into cross-category displays at the LR Home High Point Market showroom.

The cross-category product introductions at market are in line with the company's total home strategy, which has been fine-tuned and growing for several years - so much so that the line was presented in two Showplace showrooms for the first time. The new LR Home showroom, suite 3435, featured racks of area rug collections as well as vignettes featuring all product categories, and for the first time emphasizing the company's furniture and accent pieces. Across the hall, another showroom was dedicated to soft textiles -- high value accents including pillows, poufs, throws, wall hangings.

Intricately embellished pillows were a hit with High Point Market visitors to LR Home's expansive new showroom.

Merchandising, styling and the value offered by LR Home in the soft textile category has attracted major retailers and designers. In fact, the company announced just prior to market that it had inked a licensing agreement for soft textiles with designer Stacy Garcia. "We are very excited to work with her, and will officially debut her collection at the Spring High Point Market, Laddha said.

LR Home took a second showroom across the aisle from its main Showplace showroom to highlight its growing line
of pillows, poufs, throws and accessories.

"This partnership cements our commitment to total home. We have been continually updating and of classic and high fashion area rug collections, as well products for our expansion into additional home fashion categories, such as soft textiles and furniture," he continued. "Now LR Home will not only continue to provide dynamic appeal and styling within the area rug category, but in a growing roster of home accents and furniture as well."

Buyers shopped the LR Home showroom for high-value new area rug looks such as its machine-woven Cheshire collection.

LR Home has been operating as the direct sales affiliate of LR Resources in the United States and Canada since 2001 and has showrooms in Dalton, High Point and Atlanta.
