Unique Loom Announces Launch of Custom Program, New VP & Star-Studded Summer Events

Unique Loom will introduce a new custom area rug program at Las Vegas Market, introduce its new VP and host special summer events.

LAS VEGAS -- Unique Loom not only will debut its new Custom Design Program, it also announces the hire of David Jolley, as their vice president of sales and hosts star-studded summer events at its showroom B424.

David Jolley, whose previous experience includes regional and national management positions with Shaw Industries and Central Oriental, said “I am excited and honored to join such a great company and lead Unique Loom’s wholesale business as VP of sales. My 25+ years of wholesale rug industry experience coupled with Unique’s first-class manufacturing and commitment to exceptional service is a perfect match, and we are excited about accelerating the company’s growth through all distribution channels.”

His appointment comes following Unique Loom's significant investment in its state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facilities to position itself as a premiere rug supplier. The company is also launching a new Custom Design Program, debuting at Las Vegas Market.

CUSTOM DESIGN PROGRAM

Unique Loom’s new Custom Design Program allows their trade clients to be more creative with their rug designs and to deliver flexible custom options they haven’t been able to offer before. Debuting at Las Vegas Market, in showroom B424, each rug in the custom program can be customized for size, with a short nine-12 week lead time. The program includes more than 60 collections which feature a wide range of indoor machine-woven designs, as well as outdoor and natural fiber rugs. The custom rug program also offers the added benefit of standard shipping and freight costs that are the same as their other designs. Buyers are encouraged to book an appointment here.

NEW RUG INTRODUCTIONS


Among the summer roll outs is Milano, a series of black and white designs. Shown, 3197661

The Gabbeh collection reworks iconic motifs in colors such as blues, creams and tans. This collection is machine-made with a polyester pile and jute backing. The lineup is shed-free and stain resistant. 

The Milano collection features high-contrast black and white abstract and geometric patterns. These monochromatic rugs are machine-made of a polyester and cotton pile with a cotton backing, with short fringe and are easy-care.

The debuting Laguna assortment includes multiple designs and two distinct color patterns, one with light taupe and cream, and the other with dark color options in rich navy and teal. Patterns include abstract, geometric, marble and a classic solid border motifs. These rugs offer a medium pile construction and is shed-free and stain resistant.

SPECIAL EVENTS AT LVMKT

Unique Loom’s star-studded events agenda during Las Vegas Market includes special appearances by celebrity designer Sabrina Soto, and guest speaker, Rick Campos.

On Sunday, July 30, on opening day of Las Vegas Market at 12 pm in showroom B424, Unique Loom will partner with Interior Design Society (IDS) to highlight presenter: Rick Campos from Design Biz Survival Guide Podcast and Coaching, and who will deliver, “The Client Experience: Your Brand Beyond the Logo.”

Campos will discuss ways to create a predictable, consistent, emotional, and memorable client experience. Detailing how a designer's client experience doesn't just support your brand, it defines your brand. From client-facing practices to inter-office processes, this presentation features strategies and tips that will help you take your client experience to the next level. On Monday, July 31, from 4-6 pm, in showroom B424, Las Vegas Market buyers are invited to celebrate summer with Unique Loom’s Caftans & Cocktails Party presented in partnership with ASID CA/Central Nevada, hosted by Sabrina Soto from the hit CBS show Secret Celebrity Renovation & HGTV’s The High Low Project.

Sabrina Soto's Rug Collection for Unique Loom first debuted in 2019 and features machine-woven indoor and outdoor rug designs, which will be on show. Caftans & Cocktail Party guests are encouraged to wear their ultimate boho-chic and caftan-inspired fashions as they Sip & Shop. Throughout Las Vegas Market, July 30-Aug. 03, 2023, Unique Loom’s sales and marketing team will be on hand in showroom B424 to offer guided tours of their newest rug designs and to highlight their hand-woven and one-of-a-kind collections. RESACON EVENT

Kicking off its events schedule, Unique Loom will participate at RESACON (July 29-31, 2023), the Real Estate & Staging Association (RESA) Annual Conference, at the M Resort in Henderson as a first-time sponsor. Joining other trade manufacturers who support RESA, Unique Loom’s sales + marketing team will have a booth during the event and connect with 200+ stagers and designers from all across the country. On Saturday, July 29, the team will also get to mix and mingle with staging nominees at the Home Staging Industry Awards, RESA’s annual awards gala.
